Reset password via web corrupted dialog box???

I'm not sure how to troubleshoot this, but when clicking on the "change password" link it appears that the dialog box is either missing elements or corrupted. Has anyone come across this? If not, what are some possible solutions? FYI: I have used a variety of updated browsers and get the same results. Thanks in advance for looking...

FYI,i was not trying to change my password infact I was not using Chrome either......

I was not ,and thought I had deleted all associated files,plugs,situations associated with CHROME!...

I feel Bullied by Google' they are not allowing me to search as I did, I end up on a page filled with other style search results,and spamish advertisments......

If I do not use them they dont ,let me?

is this possible? too many confusing scenarios for one OLD WOMAN.... I am driving my Husband NUTTY! he says just IGNORE IT!

I ALSO HAD/Have THIS HAPPEN,but not the TOP GRAY BLACK AREA...it was allmost completly the bottom items filled area,and THIS HAPPENS TO ME often! but I got so crazy I WENT AND CHANGED EVERY VALUE I COULD!

I am going INSANE.....

I TRIED TO ERATICATE CHROME,
and it wont go... and the reason why ,a while back I reinstated it,as my browser, it (I believe )makes Flash by ADOBE, run with out a problem,so that I can USE PICMONKEY' a editing program, that is associated with SPOONFLOWER,a online Fabric Designing/ Printing WEB SITER SERVICE THAT IS SCRUMPCIOUS ....
I want so bad to use my MAC AIR ,
not have to keep getting Flash errors,
and have Chrome...stop driving me insane

I believe everything is possibly my abuse, and mis use and NOT understanding the fact that I AM
NOT A COMPUTER SCIENTIST!

I flipp flopp using Google account /loseing password or odd thoings then I STOP and close GOOGLE account! I
DO NOT Understand what is happening.....
and I am worried,

IS windows operating on my Mac Air?
WHY?
PLEASE HELP ME.

Im sorry I have Not been back here, BUT I have still Been going INSANE ,and on March 17/ or 7th, some how 5 files,I saw when I was in preferanes,in accounts, for chat.....and they LOOK LIKE some one was transferring data? via bonjour or ? I do not use AOL or anything other than What Is on my macs.and I disabled Bonjour allong time ago,yet I see IT BACK on often and messeges , Icon in the toolbar is never there YET I have it selected?

Plus the 5 files/folders were apple script?

and do you know what side car is?

do you think some one could be administering my devices besides me?

IT never has allowed me to sign in like I use to,Like sign into device then into my account? I had a name for my mac/ IT is gone .....has been gone

I have been to mac store freehold NJ many times did wipe out and so forth!

then online a app support said do dont worry I know all about your computer he had me sccoping up a plethora of files and dunking in trash,

I DID nOT REALIZE I was about to become a "MAVERICK"!

AND I am so confused, my mac air opened up a gest account?and was in start up mode the recovery thinggy was gone the apple people said....

Then a alias name NCHANG is in my contacts as JChart... My brother in laws name,so was a bds sbd ' descript something' they litterly were 2 " GROUPS IN MY CONTACTS"

then I got a thing in GOOGLE" that said survey 2014 ' it was my LUCKY DAY!

and would not go away unless I clicked to take survey

I went to apple store in Frehold,and was told it ws remmoved

upon arriving home

there it was!

I CANT USE MAIL

I am so dang screwed! ITS TOO MANY THINGS and NOW WHERE DID APPLE PUT MY ENCRIPTION KEY?

and why are all the keys unlocked?

and what are externial notes ,NOTE NODE (1111)?

I was advised to get this MAC AIR by a boy' so to speak at apple store.....I SHOULD NEVER HAVE! ITS AWFULLL....JUST A AWFUL PAIN AND ....WHY DOES IT KEEP "blue white bar spinning ' I have the word on tip of tounge 'like re-structuring ot editing" way to many times! WAY TOO OFTEN and like 35 ' some thing or anothers of space is Just missing...apple guy could not explain...he went back and forth. BUT I CANT USE MAIL' and do not trust cloud,nor google...I am a simpleton' and Need help PLASE APPLE NEEDS TO TELL ME if they did something else HERE....... who else is having these things..I DID NOT WANT A NON DISK DRIVE computer I DID NOT EVEN KNOW THIS WHEN I PURCHASED IT! bad for shame!'ttfn
